一、研讨简介
2023年5月,首届中国—中亚峰会在西安成功举办;2025年4月,第二届中国—中亚峰会在哈萨克斯坦阿斯塔纳举行,中国与中亚国家在教育、文化、科技领域的合作不断深化。与此同时,AIGC(人工智能生成内容)技术正深刻改变文化创意产业的生产方式,为传统文化的数字化传承与创新设计开辟了广阔空间。
为搭建中亚文创设计与AIGC数字化研究的学术交流平台,推动设计学、表演艺术、区域国别学的跨学科对话,发掘和培养青年学术力量,"中亚文化创意设计与AIGC数字化学术研讨"定于2026年10月15日举办,由中国科学技术协会、陕西省科学技术协会指导,西安外国语大学艺术学院、阿拜师范大学艺术学院主办。研讨主题为"数智丝路·文创未来",设嘉宾专家主旨报告、平行研讨等环节。现面向国内外公开征稿,诚邀各界专家学者与青年学子踊跃投稿、莅会交流。
二、征文方向(包括但不限于)

主题2:中亚文化符号的当代设计转译与文化出海
主题3:AIGC影像、AI短剧与丝路文化数字叙事
主题4:数字人、智能体与智能时代的表演艺术创新
主题5:人机协同创作的主体性、作者性与智能伦理
主题6:数字人文、区域国别研究与中亚文化智能传播
三、征稿对象
国内外高校及科研机构教师、研究人员,博士研究生、硕士研究生;文化企事业单位从业者;中亚国家高校师生及青年学者,鼓励学生进行投稿。
四、投稿要求
1. 论文须为原创且未公开发表,观点明确、论据充分、数据可靠,恪守学术规范,文责自负;设计案例以Pdf形式进行投稿,保证原创并无版权争议;
2. 中文、英文均可投稿。中文论文以5000—10000字为宜,英文论文以4000—8000词为宜;
3. 论文须含摘要(300字左右)、3—5个关键词、正文、结语、参考文献;参考文献著录参照GB/T 7714—2025(英文论文可采用APA7格式);
4. 投稿论文文件为Word格式(.doc或.docx),文件命名格式:“作者姓名+单位+论文题目”;投稿AIGC设计案例文件为Pdf格式,文件命名格式“作者姓名+单位+案例名称”;
5. 经评审录用的论文和案例将收入研讨成果册;
6.请投稿人员在2026年10月05日前将论文全文或设计案例、参会回执按要求发送至投稿邮箱。

Academic Forum on Central Asian Cultural Creative Design and AIGC Digitalization
INFORMATION LETTER
I. Forum Introduction
In May 2023, the first China-Central Asia Summit was successfully held in Xi'an. In April 2025, the second China-Central Asia Summit was held in Astana, Kazakhstan. Cooperation between China and Central Asian countries in education, culture, and science and technology continues to deepen. At the same time, AIGC (AI-Generated Content) technology is profoundly transforming the production methods of the cultural and creative industries, opening up vast space for the digital inheritance and innovative design of traditional culture.
To establish an academic exchange platform for Central Asian cultural and creative design and AIGC digitalization research, foster interdisciplinary dialogue among design studies, performing arts, and regional and country studies, and identify and cultivate young scholarly talent, the "Academic Forum on Central Asian Cultural and Creative Design and AIGC Digitalization" is scheduled to be held on October 15, 2026. The forum is organized under the guidance of the China Association for Science and Technology and the Shaanxi Association for Science and Technology, and hosted by the School of Art of Xi'an International Studies University and the School of Art of Abai Kazakh National Pedagogical University.Themed "Digital-Intelligent Silk Road · Future of Cultural Creativity," the forum will feature keynote speeches by distinguished experts and parallel forums, among other sessions.We now invite submissions from scholars and practitioners at home and abroad. Experts, scholars, and young students from all fields are cordially invited to contribute papers and participate in the forum for in-depth exchange.
II. Topics
Topic 1:Digital protection and intelligent regeneration of Central Asian traditional ethnic arts
Topic 2:Contemporary design translation and cultural export of Central Asian cultural symbols
Topic 3:AIGC imaging, AI short dramas, and digital narratives of Silk Road culture
Topic 4:Digital humans, intelligent agents, and performing arts innovation in the intelligent era
Topic 5:Subjectivity, authorship, and AI ethics in human-machine collaborative creation
Topic 6:Digital humanities, regional studies, and intelligent communication of Central Asian culture
III. Submission Eligibility
Faculty, researchers, doctoral students, and master's students from domestic and international universities and research institutions; practitioners from cultural enterprises and institutions; faculty and students from Central Asian universities and young scholars. Student submissions are encouraged.
IV. Submission Requirements
1. Papers must be original and unpublished, with clear viewpoints, sufficient arguments, and reliable data, adhering to academic norms; Design cases should be submitted in PDF format, guaranteeing originality and no copyright disputes.
2. Submissions accepted in Chinese or English. Chinese papers should be 5,000-10,000 words; English papers should be 4,000-8,000 words.
3. ARTICLE FORMATTING REQUIREMENTS: (1) Volume: 5-10 pages;(2) Format: MS Word;(3) Margins: Top – 2 cm, Bottom – 2 cm, Right – 2 cm, Left – 3 cm;(4) Font: Times New Roman, 12 pt;(5) Line spacing: 1;(6) Paragraph indent: 1 cm.
ARTICLE STRUCTURE: (1) UDC and MRNTI index; (2) Author information (in italics, centered): Full Name, academic degree, academic title, honorary;title, position, place of work (study), division (if any), ORCID, e-mail; (3) Abstract (100-200 words) – in Kazakh, Russian, English, and other languages; (4) Keywords (5-8 words) – in Kazakh, Russian, English, and other languages; (5) Introduction, main part, research results, conclusion; (6) References (in square brackets in the text: [6, p. 2], [1, 2-b.] or [1, p. 2]).
4. Paper submissions should be in Word format (.doc or .docx), with file naming: "Author Name + Institution + Paper Title"; Design case submissions should be in PDF format, with file naming: "Author Name + Institution + Case Name".
5. Submission Deadline: All submitters are requested to send the full paper or design case, together with the Registration Form, to the submission email address by October 5, 2026, as required.

1. The forum does not charge registration fees; participants are responsible for their own travel, meals, and accommodation expenses.
